My family has been selected for a seat(s) with Merit Academy for the 2021-22 school year.

I understand Merit Academy is a choice-in school and I embrace the Merit model. My family is excited because we want to choice-in to Merit Academy, not simply because we want to choice-out of another school or system.

I have 72 hours from the time of notice of selection to accept or decline.  If there is no response within that timeframe, that seat will be given to the next student on the waitlist. To accept the seat(s), please complete the acceptance form (below). You will be then be directed to the registration packet. 

By completing and submitting this form, I acknowledge that I have read through the Parent/Student Handbook and Merit Academy website.

I understand that we (parents/guardians and students) choose to:

  • commit to the vision, mission, model, policies, and expectations of Merit Academy 

  • embrace a classical, Core Knowledge education

Submission of this completed form by a parent or guardian indicates commitment to enroll your child(ren) in Merit Academy. Upon submission, you will be taken to the registration page, where you can download and complete the registration packet. Please submit the registration packet and required documents prior to May 31, 2021.

 

If your student requires specialized services, please submit the registration packet with the IEP, ALP, 504, or READ plan by May 24, 2021.

Enrollment is contingent upon committee (including parent) review.
