My family has been selected for a seat(s) with Merit Academy for the 2022-23 school year.

I understand Merit Academy is a choice-in school and I embrace the Merit model. My family is excited because we want to choice-in to Merit Academy, not simply because we want to choice-out of another school or system.

I have until April 19  to accept or decline.  If there is no response within that timeframe, that seat will be given to the next student on the waitlist. To accept the seat(s), please complete the acceptance form (below). Within two business days of Merit's receipt of this form, you will be sent a link to the full registration packet and required documents, which will be due by May 13.

By completing and submitting this form, I acknowledge that I have read through the Parent/Student Handbook and Merit Academy website.

I understand that we (parents/guardians and students) choose to:

  • commit to the vision, mission, model, policies, and expectations of Merit Academy 

  • embrace a classical, Core Knowledge education​

Submission of this completed form by a parent or guardian indicates commitment to enroll your child(ren) in Merit Academy. Within two business days of Merit's receipt of this submission, you will receive a link to complete the registration packet.

 

Please submit the full registration packet and required documents prior to May 13, 2022.

 

** If your student requires specialized services, please submit the registration packet with the IEP, ALP, 504, ELL Plan, or READ plan before May 13, 2022. The student support team will contact you soon in order to review your child's plan and discuss services to ensure your child's free appropriate public education. **
