This Letter of Intent to Enroll is needed to demonstrate to the authorizer that there is sound support for Merit Academy, as a proposed public school of choice in the Ute Pass/Woodland Park area. By completing this form and signing below, you support and request that Merit Academy be approved. This letter/form represents your intent to enroll your child(ren) with Merit Academy for the 2021-2022 school year. This is an intent to enroll form, not an enrollment form, and it is not a binding commitment. This form will also help design an accurate count regarding student enrollment forecasting.

If the school is oversubscribed for any grade, the school will hold a lottery to determine enrollment. I understand that I will be notified about the school’s development and future enrollment procedures, as well as any key dates as they become available.
